Connect re-opened it's doors to the public by appointment only on 29th June as per government guidelines. We would ask that all visitors to the centre adhere to social distancing guidelines/markings and use our sanitizer stations which are positioned throughout the centre. We have our COVID 19 response plan available and an updated Health & Safety Statement on display. All visitors to the centre will be recorded on our sign-in sheet by our receptionist and we will ask you to consent to your information to be stored for contact tracing purposes if you are in the centre for longer than 15 minutes. All of our services are still available although some changes may have taken place to ensure the safety of all our service users and staff. You can still contact staff by phone, social media or email if you would prefer to access supports remotely.
The Community Response throughout this pandemic has been fantastic and it has shown the Connect Staff team how we can continue to engage, support and work together with the community in new & creative ways.
We appreciate your ongoing support and understanding.
