The Connect Team continue to run all of our services although some may be offered in new and creative ways. We have online courses, online parenting support programmes, one to one support via phone or zoom, Pottery, face to face 2 day WRAP course-Wellness Recovery Action Plan, our Women's Group, Chair Yoga and more. If you are not familiar with using zoom, a staff member can support you to access our online courses and stay connected. Our foodcloud, FEAD and counselling service will continue from the centre but is by appointment or prearranged collection only.
We would ask that all visitors to the centre adhere to social distancing guidelines/markings and use our sanitizer stations which are positioned throughout the centre. We have our COVID 19 response plan available and an updated Health & Safety Statement on display. All visitors to the centre will be recorded on our sign-in sheet by our receptionist and we will ask you to consent to your information to be stored for contact tracing purposes if you are in the centre for longer than 15 minutes
We continue to be here, to help and support the Community in these extremely challenging times but remain hopeful and excited that we are at the start of our journey overcoming all the barriers and restrictions that have been in place for well over a year. For anyone in the Community that is struggling, we are here to listen and provide support. Please just give us a call or request a callback through social media or website.
The Community Response throughout this pandemic has been fantastic and it has shown the Connect Staff team how we can continue to engage, support and work together with the community in new & creative ways.
