Thriving Parents.

Confident parents.

  • The Adolescents Programme

The job of all adolescents is to establish themselves as their own person – separate to but part of a family, connected to but independent from their parents. It’s not easy but there are ways to make sure that your relationship with the flourishing young adult in your midst is close, strong and everything else you both want it to be.

  • Working Things Out Programme

Change can bring up a range of feelings, sometimes all at once. It’s an exciting phase that happens alongside other big changes, including puberty. It’s important for parents to stay informed about their teen’s transition to secondary school and to learn how to support them as they navigate these changes.

  • Non-Violent Resistance Programme

All families experience conflict at times however when this conflict escalates and becomes violent or is happening regularly it can be very stressful for parents, siblings and for the child displaying the violent behaviour. The aim of the NVR program is to empower parents to build a new authority and to resist being dragged into the conflict cycle.

  • Parenting when Separated Programme

Co-parenting refers to how parents work together in their roles as caregivers. With the right strategies, you can create a healthy and effective co-parenting relationship. When you do, you’ll see the positive impact it has on your kids. goes here
